Chromebooks and printing

There is another solution.

You can share the printer. So, if you have a Mac or PC that has network printers connected to it, you can share them with your users on the Chromebooks. All that needs to be done is the Mac or PC has to be logged into Google with their account; then that Chrome user shares with a group or individual. The printer can be accessed from anywhere as long as the desktop or laptop is logged into Chrome. I used to do it with servers but, Google logs out after 2 weeks so, I would have to remember to log it back in. Now I just have a user that is always there log in and they don't even have to know they are sharing printers.
